Easy Cheesy Tortellini

  • 1 pound Italian sausage (can use ground beef)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated tortellini
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet, brown Italian sausage.  Drain excess grease.  Combine marinara, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and tomatoes in slow cooker.  Cook for 4-6 hours on low, 3-4 on high.  Stir in tortellini and top with cheeses and cook an additional 20 minutes on low.
