Lemon Garlic Chicken

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 TBS parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 TBS butter, cubed
  • 2 lemons, washed and sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup water

Place chicken in slow cooker.  Sprinkle spices over chicken.  Scatter butter over the spices.  Spread the lemon slices evenly over the top.  Pour 1/2 cup of water evenly over the lemons.  Cook on low for 6 hours.
