Taco Soup

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, undrained
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 packages taco seasoning mix

Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain. Place in slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
